Gateway To Housing Inc, a nonprofit organization, is dedicated to empowering low to moderate income individuals seeking to become first-time homeowners. The organization provides educational support and counseling services, guiding them through the home buying process. Beyond this, Gateway To Housing shows compassion towards the community’s less fortunate by offering a Community Food Distribution program. Through this initiative, the organization provides.

FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS

We all have questions and need help sometimes. We have compiled resources that can help you understand the mortgage and credit problems or questions you have.

Our Home Buyer Workshop will guide you through the process of purchasing a home. Learn about budgeting and financing, house hunting and the closing process.
